LOVE addiction

From the beginning of this post I have to apologize to those who read my blog. I'm sorry I haven't posted for almost 2 weeks. I was busy, busy for some stuff that I don't even able to explain. One of the things that were and still in my mind is about addiction. I'm not sure if any kind of addiction existed before in ancient time but these days, there are tons. From the popular but bad one like alcoholic, drugs.. to those harmful to your wallet like shopaholic, "addiction" is everyone on everyone. Obviously I have addiction toward beauty and fashion. I love anything that's beautiful, love to pull together beautiful outfit, for myself and others. I love to see everyone on the street dress stylish and that make me happy. But I have another addiction, I addicted to my boyfriend. Or I should say I'm addicted to Vlad. When love is not enough to explain a feeling toward someone, I believe its call addiction. Just like a warm sweater, it might not be the perfect pieces but we can just not able to live without it.

Cosy up with oversized sweater

As the air gets crisper, have you noticed that big chunky knit oversized sweaters are everywhere? Well, I do. And I'm also one of the ones who wear them. I love Fall, especially after 3 months of over heated summer, I am looking forward for colder weather. Oversized sweater's versatile chicness makes it one of the popular trends for this Fall. The best heavy knits bring a touch of chic to fall’s look. When styled the right way, an extra-grande knit looks more fabulous than frumpy. Today I'm styling this "super-sized" sweater with a peek-a-boo pair of shorts to get a dash of spunk. If your sweaters are long enough, an oversized sweater also makes the ideal one-piece outfit for fall.

Shine & Sparkle

Holiday season is around the corner but that's not the only reason for this glossy and sparkle trend. However, it's time to replace your little black dress with some sparkle dress for evening events or parties. For this season, sparkles are not only in metallic color but the whole color spectrum! It's definitely a more fun and exciting shiny trend. Feel free to mix and match your sparkly options with your everyday separates. You can mix a glittery top with skinny jeans and blazer, or just like my look today, sparkle pant with button down blouse and blazer. The trick is do not let the sparkle be all over you. Choose either a top, blazer, or pant. If you choose sparkle accessories, then you can have a couple of them on you. Remember, do not over load with sparkle cause it can easily look cheap.

Bring me back to 1960s

1960s was a decade that broke many fashion tradition. It had a number of diverse trends. However, it's also the decade that came up with a lot of fun and amazing trends like PVC dresses, psychedelic prints, highlight colors, mismatched patterns, paisley prints and more. The 60s fashion was also in the transition between the 50s ladylike looks and 70s free-spirited glamor. As much as I love colors and crazy prints, I'm going for a ladylike look. Full skirts were the trends at the beginning of 60s, the transition from 50s. I love the full skirt which makes me feel the instant ladylike look.

I'm in Red, be aware!!

When I was younger I used to have this love hate feeling towards red. Love because red is so pretty and exciting; hate, or should I say scared because red is usually indicated towards more mature women, wild and sexy. Different from teenager in our days, I didn't want to be called sexy or wild when I was a teenager. Pretty and cute would made a good compliment. However, I am a grown woman and I am crazy about red. I'm seeing red as sexy, wild and fierce now, and I love it!

Winter fur boots

It's lucky that we can still enjoy Fall here where I live, and not suffer the heavy snow of the East Coast. But since it's November, it's time to stock up on winter coats and boots. This are my new Sam Edelman Shalin faux fur boots and there so soft and comfy. The boots have about 2 inch heels and although I normally wear 5 inches heels, I have to admit 2 inches are the perfect height to walk around. Like I says, it's still Fall here but I can't wait to wear these furry-cuties. Therefore I put on a gray jacket over my summer wear (tank top and short), belt it up for some shape and furry boots will do the warming part.

Sexy Rock

Originally I was thinking about how to make a white t-shirt and blue jean look chic and stylish. There's nothing more classic than a white t-shirt and jeans. I believed everyone should have these two pieces in their wardrobe. Do you know you can do a lot with them? Dress it up or down, they can make you look chic if it fits right and if you know how to play around with it. I'm pairing my fitted plain white t-shirt and ripped jean with a fur trimmed vest, a statement necklace and leopard shoes, and here comes a sexy rock start look. It's simple yet sexy and edgy.
P/S: Did I cut my hair short? No.. it's just a wig. Easiest and fastest way to transform from long to short hair, and it's fun!
