Leather and yellow strips

Am I a little girl who dresses like a bee..? NO! I'm just being myself loving strips and it so happened that I wear a gorgeous black and yellow strips skirt. If you follow my blog you should know by now that I love colors, pink, blue, yellow.. I'm not afraid of putting color with color but today, I'm doing edgy black with bright yellow. I love edgy looks, but sometimes the color can be boring. Therefore, I like to add some color or spark to it and make it a little more fun and ME. This tight strips mini skirt is so sexy, it reveal a lot of skin on the legs. So, for the top I mixed it with a cool leather black vest to create an edgy look. With a wide yellow belt and lace-up heels, there is now enough drama on my outfit.

Lovely Blue

Bow-ties have been put in the category of boyish, and the bowler hat, in retro feminine. Can they be a combination? Absolutely! I have this blue long cardigan and the length allowed me to wear it as a dress. Bow-ties dresses are one of my favorites, so feminine and yet the touch of boyish look makes the outfit so different. I have been wearing this bowler hat a lot because it's so chic and lovely.

Fur scarf

Fur - the material that can pretty much turn every item into luxury. Fur is another hot trend for this season. As weather is getting colder and winter is just around the corner, designers have used loads of fur in their collections. However if you pay close notice, total fur look is no longer trendy, instead it is shifting to fur detail. Designers has used fur to trim collars and cuffs as well as sleeves and hems of jackets or skirts. Other than that, fur scarves, fur boots, fur hats are all in trend and can make winter outfits more fun. Although natural fur looks beautiful, faux fur is every bit as good as the real one. They are still very chic and stylish.
The outfit I have today is very fun and interesting. I mixed the material of summer (lace) and winter (fur), boyish (boyfriend jean) and girlie (lace top), fun bottom and luxurious top. People say, warm your neck and you'll be warm. It was absolutely true to me ;) By the way, this is just the little peak of my faux fur obsession, more to come stay tuned!

Jewel tones

Just because summer is on it's way out doesn't mean fun colors are on their way in! Ladies, this Fall let's polish ourselves out  with Jewel Tones clothing! It's the perfect way to switch your laid-back summer style to fashion forward for Fall. These gemstones colors are sophistication, undeniably elegant, and promptly calling all attention to the brilliant garb. If you are scared of too many colors, try a super pop jewel tone colors with a basic, like black. It will helps add some life to the black color and bring it to the next level. If you are brave like me, (LOL!!) then do the unmatched! Bright on bright pairs well, anywhere. I'm playing Topaz yellow and Sapphire blue on my outfit and it became my favorite! The yellow blouse is so bright and the richness of the color just lights up my skin. Pairing with sapphire blue trouser, the colors work so well together that they actually help bring each other out.

Rose and Metallic Strips

I kept repeating Fall is coming and Fall is finally here! I can now pull out my favorite pieces - BLAZERS, and start styling around them. It sounds like a Barbie doll dress up game and yes, it's definitely fun for me. Here comes my new favorite Rose color blazer. I love the thin lapel and the long length design. It has the feminine and fun touch on a blazer which normally is masculine and formal. The thing about bright blazers is that they will do the instant upbeat twisted. Blazers can pretty much go with any outfit and I am pairing this with my new DIY pant! It was original black color skinny pant and I turned it into silver metallic strips pant. Rose and metallic, how much fun are they together?!

Yellow and Leather

Couple days ago me and Vlad were watching a cooking show and a lady called a sausage "naughty". I get it, it's just like I think leather pants are "naughty". LOL!! It's finally the weather for leather pant. I was literally wearing this outfit to a Botanic Garden. I know it's not the exact right outfit for garden but it was the spontaneous decision to go there. So yes, leather pant and high-heels, deal with it! Like I said, leather pants are "naughty" and tricky. If you do not style them right, you might be looking like a prostitute. Since leather pants are so sexy, other pieces of your outfit should be more conservative. Choose loose tops over tight one, covering up your chest will be great. You don't have to show anything to look sexy since the pants will show your curves.
P/S: Is it true that yellow attracts bugs? Vlad told me so because so many bugs were flying around me and they literally landed on my yellow blouse!

I'm wearing:
Leather pant from Vintage
Yellow blouse from Forever 21
Crop top from Forever 21
Bag from Juicy Couture
Heels from Bebe

Ginger, the color of Autumn

Ginger, other than reminding us of the actual ginger, it normally reminds us of hair color. How about ginger color on clothes, on accessories, on anything? We don't see it much through out the year but in Autumn, you can see ginger color flying here and there. Autumn is my favorite season, chilly fresh wind blowing on me, jackets, tights and scarfs are finally out from the wardrobe. It's definitely the best season for styling. The outfit on me today is perfect for this 65 degree weather. This sheer shirt is so soft and comfy, the perfect combination with the strips short. Short on Autumn can get a little too chilly so I added black tights. What's good about tights is that they can bring a casual outfit looking more edgy and also create the illusion of long legs.

What I'm wearing are mostly from treasure hunting <3 Of course that killer shoes, Jeffrey Campbell!
