Oxblood midi dress

I just came back from Dallas and have been busy and sick for the last few days. I really wanted to get up and write something on the blog but medicine made me just want to lay on the bed and sleep. Feel better today so here I am. How are you my friends?
I am very into Oxblood color recently and it's a beautiful and rich color for the Fall. I bought this Oxblood midi dress when I was in Dallas and my wardrobe totally needed this. The dress looks very simple from the front but the main focus is at the back. I really love the open back and the simple but elegant cutting.

Floral office perfect

On last post I promised I will do a few more looks for this Vivilli Green floral blazer and today I'll show you the second look. On the previous look I was playing with mixed floral prints. It was fun, trendy and bold. Today I present you a look that's more elegant and work ready. Still the same floral blazer, but I paired it with a loose white top playing with colors using a blue trouser to go with the green. This is an outfit that you can wear to the office if you're not require to wear a certain color, it's also a great outfit for an after hour party. The fun print and colors makes a simple outfit look party perfect.
So far I have shown you a casual, trendy look and an elegant, office perfect look using this floral blazer. Who doesn't like something that can go multiple ways? I certainly do!! Stay tuned for more looks with this floral blazer!!!

Floral prints mix

I just received a beautiful floral print blazer from Vivilli. Believe or not, as much as I love floral print, this is my first floral print blazer. Been looking for one a long time and I finally found this fabulous one. What so different about this is that instead of regular white or black floral print, this is green. The color itself makes it different from the rest and can easily bright up a black or grey outfit in Fall/Winter. Don't forget to check out their site, they have a lot of great items and also they provide world wide free shipping.
I am going to style a few looks for this blazer and today I'm showing you the first look. When it comes to floral print, sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't. We can either choose to go for similar base colors or like this case, the contrast base colors of the florals. I chose a black base color floral print blouse to go with the green floral print blazer. I also chose to contrast on the scale of the florals, small one on the blouse and blog one on the blouse. As you can see, with both the contrast base color and scale of the florals, they allow each other to pop without complicating the entire look.

The simple and casual with details

It has been up and down last few days. Was suppose to write a new post last night but I was too exhausted for that. Been so busy replying emails associate with this blog, including business emails, and answering question to some of you who wrote me private emails. I have to apologize for some delays not replying right away, I do try my best. Well this is definitely the up part, I enjoy reading comments and emails from all of you and love to help out as much as I can. The down part has nothing to do with Wear2day, it's just some family issues. Since this is a fashion blog, I better not annoy you with my own problems :P
Now let's talk about the outfit. These outfit pictures were taken couple days ago. This outfit looks simple and yes, it's a simple and casual look. However, from this simple look we have a couple great details that make this outfit a little more special and alive. This simple white blouse is full of details like shoulder cut-out, sheer, and a little of asymmetrical hem. I decided to style it in the most basic way today for a great casual and lovely look. I just received this beautiful sandals from Steve Madden a few days ago and I thought they are perfect for this outfit.
